On Tuesday & Wednesday of this week, I’ll be at “Excellence As Standard” – the IFP Annual Conference & Exhibition – which is being held at Celtic Manor Resort, Newport. I’m looking forward to meeting up with friends old and new, and to listening to some great keynote speakers.
